The globals make common configs available across the scope of the CMSE Framework extension. In most cases a global setting can be overridden within the area being set eg: post, post category, menu item.
Enable WHMCS SEF
If you do not already have SEF enabled, this should be set before using CMSE Framework.
Go to Setup > General Settings
Scroll to the bottom to the field labeled Friendly URLs
Select Full Friendly Rewirte and Save
Go to Addons > CMSE Framework
Then click Global Configs
Set the administrators and the admin sections of CMSE Framework which only they can access
Global Use Options
This will allow all the features of CMSE Framework to be available across the core platform and allow display of widgets, product custom formatting, social sharing buttons, shortcode use, within any template which implements the CMSE Framework coding method.
In the disabled mode, the CMSE Framework features will only display when in the module scope. eg: ?m=cmseframework
