The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are part of a series of web accessibility guidelines published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium, the main international standards organization for the Internet. The purpose is to standardize content layout for predictability and uniformity for end users to easily locate and consume content, without confusion.
While we follow these guidelines for each website created, the suggested standards do not always suit all website owners as it can affect their cosmetic desires, hence the reason all computers and mobile device APPS include functions which allow an end user to adjust the screen display to their desire.
