Both are hosted and are renewable annually at $25. Both are self provisioning, meaning each new account is created immediately on payment by software and ready for use by the buyer.
Both products are desired by many people, based on competing providers' sales reports, and there is a veritable endless consumer market in waiting. Those already seeking and those who don't know that they want it until shown. To get these products into the view of potential users require consistent advertising via social media and search engine marketing (SEM)
ToniPay Invoicing
This is a simple method for any person in a service industry, to quickly and easily create invoices and send to customers immediately. There is no login needed on the customer end which has long been a reason for delayed payment.
The current payment processor is PayPal, but other providers will be added, including Stripe, Square, Payoneer.

MaaX Single Pages
This is a single web page method which has become the preferred choice for businesses and especially social media content creators who earn revenue from their pages.
Our automated provisioning system creates the single page with a default template and sample content when an order is placed. The buyer can immediately login and edit the page as desired by following the provided videos, images and text guides.

Potential Revenue
With the very low cost and no additional fees for use of features existing or added over time, the products have proven to be very attractive to current subscribers. The power of social media reach to well over a combined 5 billion real people daily, makes it possible to tap into 5 million monthly views (with high spend at $500/m) and see sales conversions of approximately 12,000 - 20,000 per month and returns of $300,000 - $500,000 monthly.
While those numbers may seem excessive, bear in mind that the products are virtual and handled by software, therefore 12k orders can be processed in seconds and the hosting servers can never be overwhelmed. It is also notable that the single page provider known as linktree boasts 48 million users on their service and there are other providers boasting similarly high numbers, just over the past 4 years.
Marketing Plan
The initial campaign will be at Facebook platform as they are still the most used social media source, and much more geared to advertisers, with tools that guarantee 90% of its users with interest in our products will see our ads. The daily budget will begin at $100 and media type being a video and a static image. These will be monitored for 48 hours to determine performance. The approximate views would be over 200k (defined by the Facebook ad tool). The actual cost at the time lapse would be $400 which only 16 sales would be needed to offset, and that is very possible with the estimated viewer count.
We ran a campaign recently at $20 daily budget and received over 1,000 clicks to the website and gained 2 sales. The view count was 20k and cost $100 over 5 days. This confirms that with greater reach and sustained campaign, there is a greater potential for higher sales.
Investor Proposal
We do not require equipment or overhead expenses coverage. We are seeking an investor to back the initial campaign cost of $15,000, which does not require complete funds or even a transfer to us. We just need affirmation that there will be funds available when needed to pay the advertising platform.
